Regular Expression Validator Using Filters: Validate text values using regular expressions

This is a simple class that can validate text values using regular expressions.

It can take a text string and validate it according to its type using regular expressions to match the type format.

Currently it can validate text values with a custom regular expression, email addresses and integer values.

It can take a custom regular expression to validate each of the types.

If the custom regular expression parameter is not passed, the object can build one validation regular expression from other parameters that can define if special characters should be allowed and the minimum and maximum length of the string to be validated.
