Can you suggest me some servers who are having Port number 25 unblocked as in India, I am not getting any server to start this website. Please help me and give information about the servers so that I can purchase and start an email verification website.

Usually if you have port 25 blocked, you need to ask your hosting company support people if they can unblock port 25 for outgoing connections telling that it is just for email validation, not email delivery.
